Amazingly comfortable experience I did a lot of research before deciding the vehicle I wanted to lease. Just to be thorough I was working with 2 in town and 3 out of town dealerships I did a lot of research before deciding the vehicle I wanted to lease. Just to be thorough I was working with 2 in town and 3 out of town dealerships to make sure I was getting the best deal. Although there was 1 dealership that offered me a demo with a few more options for about the same price; I chose to go with HMP. The reason I went with HMP was Justin Parker. I was already sold on the Cruze. Justin sold me on the dealership. I dealt with all dealerships via email. Having never met Justin; his email correspondence was always prompt and courteous. Full of helpful information without the slightest hint of pressure. When I met Justin in person; he did not disappoint. He was just as friendly and helpful as he was in his emails. I was totally comfortable with everything. He made the process so easy. Justin totally "customer appreciation". I must also say a few words about Susan Riddel from finance. I came expecting and prepared for high pressure extras sales pitch. I was floored to find that Susan was as nice as everyone else at the dealership. She thoroughly explained my options and left me to make my own decisions. Thank you Justin. Thank you Susan. Thank you HMP.
