Dan Brannon was extremely helpful through the whole process which started with getting us the information we wanted on the xt5. When we were pretty confident this was the right vehicle he arranged for me to take one for the day while my current vehicle was in for service. When I returned it to the dealership that day he took the time to place a sales order with me. While I had built one on the Internet so that I knew what options I wanted he still reviewed them with me and took me onto the lot to view the actual interior color options available as the Internet samples looked quite different. He kept me apprised of each stage of the building of the vehicle. It even came in a few weeks earlier than what was originally anticipated. When I picked up the vehicle he spent almost two hours ensuring that I had a good grasp on all the electronics on board the vehicle. Dan always answered my questions correctly and if he didn't know the answer he found out the correct information and got back to me in a timely matter. I can't think of a single thing that could have improved this purchase experience! More
