My husband and I came to Wheaton West Honda with the unsettled feeling that our business wasn’t valued nor appreciated by another local Honda dealer My husband and I came to Wheaton West Honda with the unsettled feeling that our business wasn’t valued nor appreciated by another local Honda dealership that we’d dealt with for the past few years. Immediately we noticed an aura of positivity and professionalism within the dynamics of this dealership. Everyone from the friendly young lady who works at the front desk to the sales people specifically Darrin were responsive and clearly interested in our potential business. Peter was also a pleasure to deal with. Our new car purchase has been finalized and once again I’m reminded of the reason for my longtime loyalty to the Honda brand. Thank you! More

Dont trust their adds. Always an excise but no service. $10 scam for new app Doesnt work but apparently my issue. I would expect they would simply deal with it. I had an experience with your dealership's appraisal service that left me quite disappointed. The valuation provided for my car was notably lower than the market rate, which was quite surprising and fru service that left me quite disappointed. The valuation provided for my car was notably lower than the market rate, which was quite surprising and frustrating. I would like to suggest to potential sellers to consider obtaining multiple appraisals from various dealerships to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their vehicle's market value. This approach may help ensure a fair and satisfactory transaction. Should one choose to proceed with a sale at your dealership, it's important to be aware that the offer might be on the lower end of the market spectrum. I appreciate your attention to this matter. This time I didn't buy a vehicle at the dealership, but sold one to them. I bought a new car from another dealership and wasn't happy with the price they offered for my trade in. I put the car on Kijiji and was surprised when Honda West answered. I scheduled an appointment one evening after work, drove my car there and half an hour later left in an Uber with a check. They gave me a decent price and saved me a lot of trouble dealing with scammers and lowball offers. More

I had 4 separate interactions with Sales – Wheaton – Honda – West and concluded the attitude is arrogance. Staff feel product shortage will be career long and customers simply need to line up, and accep Honda – West and concluded the attitude is arrogance. Staff feel product shortage will be career long and customers simply need to line up, and accept all terms as presented. I was impressed by the product and totally turned offer by this sales group. When discussing the logic changes in trim levels the Salesmen told me, I should buy domestic (or I was not worthy – aka Seinfeld Soup xxxx). I made an appointment online, confirmed in 3 text(s) our time and arrival. When we arrived, the salesmen left 20 minutes before our appointment. After a Test drive no one would/did speak with us – we returned the keys and left – no followed up. It stood out as the worst sales group I have ever experienced. The dealer and Honda better hope that shortages endure – they can never compete on service. More

I realize these are different times however I have never walked away from buying a new car feeling so dejected. We were in a difficult position having totaled our car and little inventory available. I called Wheaton Honda to see if they had any vehicles and was told they didn't know and would call me back. Hours later I decided to drop by to check. The salesperson couldn't care less. As I was told there were people in line to buy. The car was overpriced as expected given the times however a little customer service would have been appreciated. When I came back for the delivery of the vehicle a nice gentleman went through everything with us which we appreciated. The joke as we drove home was we didn't even get a keychain... All this being said I was treated very differently at other dealerships during these trying times with much more respect and positive customer service. The other dealerships didn't even have a vehicle to sell me but I walked away wanting to return I cannot say that about Wheaton Honda. More
