In fact, our impression with Randy was quite the opposite. Randy helped us all throughout the buying experience. He helped us secure financing no matter how difficult. And, the car that he brought to us, it seemed that he knew what we needed and wanted. Randy definitely followed through in everything we talked about and more. Terrible salesman I bought an awesome used Vehicle from this dealership. He emailed me 2 new 2015 trucks they had and the 1 was what I was looking for. I told him I would be in the next day. Got there in in 1 1/2 hours had completed the deal, best price on Vancouver island, and then Steve the sales manager to me to the parts department as I wanted a rubber bed matt and visors plus a hard cover for the bed. gave me 30% discount.
