The purchase is major for our finances- and we've had a few bad experiences recently- notably Coastline Mazda and Bill Howich Dodge. Between outright lies and xx- we weren't looking forward to another salesman. WELL. We went to Harris Parksville and were met with friendly, honest, non-schmoozey staff- from our salesman Ryan Swailes, to secretary playing with our two year old, to Ashley Henry literally working overtime to try to find us the best possible interest rate- which for us was a make or break issue. Manager Steve Peters came in and worked numbers to get us best trade in price, and never lost patience with our questions, pros and cons. We live on Cortes Island, and the day was turned into a happy one, given time to think privately, and expedited signing/admin service so we could catch our ferry.
