Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable. I was ready to give up on finding a new vehicle that was safe, comfortable and affordable--and then I bumped in to Richard Allen. He said he knew he could find me what I was looking for. And I'm so glad he was right! Up until then I had been looking at Hondas, Toyotas and Mazdas. There was always something wrong with these vehicles--either the seats were too small, there wasn't enough leg room or head room, the cargo area was too small, the seat was too low, and the list goes on. I figured if I was going to buy a new auto, it was going to be what I wanted. I would have to live with my decision for a long time. Richard understood this. He was never pushy. It was apparent how knowledgeable he was about the Chevrolets I was interested in from the get go, unlike the other sales people at the other dealerships I had been shopping at for the prior 2 months. In the end, Richard sold me a Chevrolet Trax, which was reasonably priced, safe (check out the iihs website rating) and comfortable. I feel assured I will be happy with this vehicle for years to come. Thanks Richard! More
