I filled out the necessary paper work and was able to test drive the vehicle without a sales person. That was a nice touch, as I was able to look at the vehicle and features at my own pace without someone giving me the sales spiel. After the test drive I met with Vinny and the sales manager, we were able to come up with a fair deal. The next day the vehicle was ready for pick up. It was clean, full of fuel and the added accessories were professionally installed as promised. Vinny and all the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. The reason for 4 stars, as with most dealers, they are professional sales people and know how to close a deal. The first number they always present is the bi weekly payment, and try their best to avoid talking about the true numbers and fees. On average I buy 3-4 vehicles a year from various dealerships in the Edmonton area, and it is always the same. If you are not cautious you may over pay for a vehicle. More
