Why I decided to buy my new Vehicle Wrangler Sahara here! Before coming to Great West, I visited 2 dealerships already and I couldn't find the reasons to stick to them, the previous sales guys I believe they Before coming to Great West, I visited 2 dealerships already and I couldn't find the reasons to stick to them, the previous sales guys I believe they didn't read me well and I was expecting more. When I met Andy at Great West he listened to my needs, what I was looking in my new Wrangler and what I was expecting! He went above and beyond to try to meet my needs and what I like the most was that he never pushed the sale! He understood I needed to look at my budget and that my decision was not going to be made right there on the spot. The rest is history. I will recommend Andy and the rest of the sales team. Quick service but customer service lacks a lot. Simple fix but I did not have an appointment so I cannot complain about the time it took to get fixed. Service desk lacked courtesy and professionalism, let just say it was not a pleasant experience (all the work was done under warranty). After grabbing the keys and going to my vehicle I realized they didn't even give me a complimentary wash after leaving it there for two days. More

Great Experience! It was recommended that I go here from someone I work with. Myself and my parents were both very impressed with Clint, our sales representative.
