Great experience then, he bent over backwards for me, and my moms bought vehicles here as well. I decided to go to them to order a custom limited edition Jeep in the fall of 2021. I placed this custom order, and have asked for an update with the salesman once, and sales manager twice. It’s now March. All three attempts for an update, a confirmation of the order being placed, a wild guess of arrival time, ANYTHING, has gone unanswered, despite the promise to “get back to you in a few minutes,” and the worst part of it all is they ran a full credit check in the fall, got me approved, then later said “oh by the way you’ll have to apply again when it gets here because these are only good for 30 days” and didn’t let me know this until 2 weeks later when I went out of my way to ask multiple times if I had been approved. Why not disclose that info in the first place so my credit score isn’t impacted? With that, the lack of communication, and the unprofessional experience, I most likely won’t be back. Cherry on top is the salesman that placed the order for me sent out an automated email to me today saying “it’s been X amount of months since your purchase (from 2017) please book a maintenance appointment”
