Buyer beware. Be cautioned We just purchased a used car from this company. They were honest about the carproof information but the car still had a broken front bumper so my in We just purchased a used car from this company. They were honest about the carproof information but the car still had a broken front bumper so my insurance company wouldn't offer us full coverage until the damage was repaired. The sales manager, Eric was kind of sketchy because when a told him that they had to fix it or we couldn't insure it he said that he knew a broker that would insure me no problem. I told him no. They agreed to fix it. They put a new bumper on but did not replace the air deflector underneath. When I questioned them Eric told me that's an add on and has no function and your insurance company has seen the repair and agreed to insure it so we aren't going to do any more work on it at a loss to us. I reminded him that we had discussed that part specifically when we talked about fixing the front end before we would buy it. He didn't care at all. So there we were...fixed but not fixed to my satisfaction and they seriously could not possibly have cared less!! Eric actually called me before they got the new bumper and asked me if I thought a used navy bumper would be "good enough" on a SILVER car!! Umm nope! I mean would ANYONE be ok with that on a $13,000 purchase?? I took it to a bodyshop yesterday and was told that it in fact is a functional part of the bumper assembly in that it helps to keep the radiator cooler and keeps dirt from splashing up into the motor! It's going to cost me $160 to have the part put on and the repair to be correct and complete. I feel that they were friendly enough but that they care FAR more about their bottom line than they do about quality of customer service. I will NEVER purchase a car from them EVER AGAIN. They don't give a rip that I've had the car for 3 days and already have to add $160 to the purchase price. I was not impressed at all. I don't feel like they can be trusted. Buyer beware. Incredible dealership ! So I was not the one who purchased the 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it was my wife. I am writing this review due to the fact that not ONCE did our sales person So I was not the one who purchased the 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it was my wife. I am writing this review due to the fact that not ONCE did our sales person, Shawn Shute, ever direct his conversation to me or make my wife feel like she was not the important one and that it was myself making the decisions. He explained the features in simple layman terms so that both of us understood what they were and what they did. He took the time to sync both of our phones, demonstrated how the self parking features, yes features as it does 2 methods of parking now ! I would highly recommend Great West to anyone looking for a new vehicle (or used) simply because these guys are right up front and there is no getting the "run around", like my wife and myself have experienced from other dealerships in the city. Over all I would give this place 6 stars but I can only select 5 ! Once again, thank you Shawn and if the day ever comes where I need a new vehicle I will be calling you ! Wayne Smith More
