Franklin is awesome to deal with! ! I met him after I bought my first VW as my sales lady moved into the financing department at the dealership. She recommended Franklin when my mom ! I met him after I bought my first VW as my sales lady moved into the financing department at the dealership. She recommended Franklin when my mom wanted to look at an Atlas. He was excellent with her and she did buy the Atlas Cross Sport. After that he always came to say hi if I was in the service department with my Tiguan getting an oil change. He is always extremely personable and makes you feel truly like part of the VW family. I knew he was the one to reach out to after losing my Tiguan in an accident and knew instantly was choosing a VW again. He was amazing to work with on upgrading to an Atlas Cross Sport. Will always recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. He is knowledgeable, honest and kind. I know it takes a team when purchasing a vehicle and their whole team is great but Franklin is the real star in dealership. More
