Huge selection of used cars. Worth the drive from Hamilton. We visited the dealership from Hamilton on a Sunday. Very few dealers are open Sundays and we spotted a Mazda 3 on the website that we wanted to see. We visited the dealership from Hamilton on a Sunday. Very few dealers are open Sundays and we spotted a Mazda 3 on the website that we wanted to see. We don't go to Milton. We don't know anyone there. We were surprised by the selection of used cars across a wide price range. Our salesperson Mike jumped right in and lined up 3 vehicles at the door for us to test drive. We had a nice little drive around the area in all three and bought Mazda 3. We really enjoyed the experience and left feeling happy with our purchase. Once in the finance office we were offered extended warranties and rust proofing. We declined due to being on a tight budget. While the finance person was thorough she was not overly pushy and we really liked that, as we had already made up our minds before meeting her, that we could not afford all the extras. Our sales rep Mike called several times over the net few days and also followed up after delivery. We had a great experience at this dealer and walked out with a nice car, only a couple of years old, with low KM's at a fair price. I would definitely return to this dealer and recommend it to anyone who was looking. More

Yesterday we were told by our local mechanic that there was an issue with the Hyundai that Eric had sold us last year. I was worried because it had to do with the wheel bearings and our mechanic told us to contact Hyundai asap as this would be a warranty issue. I contacted our local Hyundai dealer and could not get an appt till the following week. I called Eric in a panic and he told me to call Milton Hyundai because he thought they might be able to help me. Well, I did as he said, and after explaining the situation and telling them that Eric had suggested I call them, the Milton Hyundai people squeezed me in that day. I am positive they did so because I'd bought the car from Eric and he has a good reputation there. As it turned out, my mechanic was totally mistaken and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car at all! But I was just so grateful to both Eric and the Milton Hyundai folks for taking this seriously and helping me get it looked at right away. We will continue to buy our cars from Eric forever!!!! More

We came across Gorruds online and emailed about a van we had seen. Within 15 mins we heard back from a lovely salesperson names Julius. We scheduled a test drive for the weekend. Sceptical of the stigma of car salesmen. That all changed within the first few minutes of meeting Julius. He is very kind, honest and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. He was very open to listening to our needs in a vehicle. We ended up purchasing a different Caravan then what we originally came to test drive at their location. He didn't talk at us or make us feel pressured at all. It was a very smooth buying experience and he always kept in touch. He even went and warmed up the van since he knew we had children and would like them to get into a warm vehicle.
