In responding to an AutoTrader ad I received an immediate email reply. The salesman Steve Walker was totally upfront in revealing the full history of the vehicle that we purchased. The limited warranty provided a further level of comfort in the purchasing a used car. At every level in dealing with this dealership I felt they appreciated and respected me as a customer which is something we don't often find today. From the first warm and inviting call with receptionist Joan to my final dealings with their Financial Services Manager Mary Lynn Freeman they made me feel like my business mattered. More

We've had all our vehicles serviced there also and they've always done an excellent job ensuring our needs have been met. Whenever we needed a vehicle Gorrud's always had a vehicle that suited us for that time and in our price range and felt confident in what we were buying. We felt that the customer was first and they went beyond to ensure the customer was happy. This is why we returned to buy a vehicle, however in a very different circumstance. Fred Arnold and Gorrud's went far and beyond what anyone would ever expect in a time of need and not only hand picked a vehicle that most suited what we needed, but arranged to have me test drive it, buy it and have it ready for me the next day for pickup. Sometimes when you think everyone is out to get you, you have something like this happen to you and it makes you stop and think how kind people are and are willing to go far and beyond what is expected. Great effort to earn my business! Danny and Eric went out of their way to provide us with information and assistance with all of our questions and concerns. Never having heard of Gorru Danny and Eric went out of their way to provide us with information and assistance with all of our questions and concerns. Never having heard of Gorrud's, I was bit apprehensive about going in to look for a car, but soon found out that they were affiliated with other major dealerships in the area (Hyundai and Toyota) and operate with the same attentiveness and professionalism you would expect from every other big-name dealership. I even talked with some of the local mechanics about Gorruds, who spoke very favourably about the company and ownership, and their long history in the Milton area. As for our car, we were given all pertinent information about its routine maintenance and clean accident history (car-proof), and were even freely allowed to take it out and have it inspected by a third party mechanic. We were assured that the car had no accidents, and that it was meticulously maintained by staff, but being a used car, we still wanted to make sure it was as described. Fortunately, the car passed inspection, which gave us peace of mind, and thereupon strengthened our trust and comfort in dealing with Eric and Danny. Overall, my experience was positive and I recommend anyone looking for a car online visit Gorrud's site. More
