Everything was good. A lot of hidden little fees here and there- 20 dollars for license transfer, 5 dollars for something else- shouldn't be tacked on when someone buys a 2000 warranty. Service was great, lots of friendliness- extremely prompt with answering questions and getting things done in a time sensitive manner- excellent use of their mobile phones and responding to client needs even after hours using mobile emailing (older dealerships take forever to respond as they wait to get back on their desktop computers the next morning)- so this makes a huge difference. One concern is the missing spare key that was unable to be found- not only is it extra costs to make one, but the peace of mind thing when a key is floating around out there when a vehicle is on a tracking system. Overall, great job in being prompt and getting things done in a friendly manner! More

We went looking for a used car that was economic on gas and ended up with a new vehicle. The price for the used vehicle was almost the same as the new one. I had given the dealership my criteria awhile back not thinking I would receive a phone call. When they called the vehicle still wasn't in my price range but they asked me to come in anyway. I wasn't really that interested either, but they and I say they because if one salesperson wasn't available another steps in to help. I test drove a few, then I met Ken who could seal the deal or not. No high end pressure, if it wasn't going to work that was okay. All staff bent over backwards to make sure that the purchase I made I was happy with. I'd definitely go back when it's time again for another vehicle and will take my vehicle there to be serviced. Great bunch of people. Really take pride in what they do. It's the customer service that makes or breaks a dealership. More

I told him the type of car i was interested in, he told me Georgetown Kia was affiliated with other dealers, within the next few days he was sending me emails off many listings. Waj drove me to St. Catherines to see a car i was completely shocked that someone would do that, it was there where i saw my dream car! :) .... I told him my budget and he said he'll make sure he takes care of me. He never once spoke about price but rather it was all customer service. After i decided on the car, i had Mohsin take care of all finances he was it very simple and easy for me, typically i never buy extended warrantie, but he showed value for it great job Mohsin!!! they met my every request even got the car to me within two days which i thought would be impossible!
