I've always disliked going to delaerships thinking the salesreps would be worse then retails salesreps and be on the attack immediately, this wasn't the case with Moshin. I have been raving about the experience I had at Georgetown Kia and that was due to the great service Cameron and Mohsin delivered. Cameron is friendly, funny and knowledgeable but, more than that ,he listened to our needs and fulfilled those both in the selection of a vehicle and in the price negotiating. Although he told us about the features of the other vehicles so that we could make an informed decision, there was never any pressure. Cameron made constant eye contact and addressed both myself and my husband (ladies you know what I mean). Loved that Cameron told us what the process would be and then followed that process; introduced us to all of the staff; ensured that the car was ready for pick up as promised. I felt Cameron was honest and that he had a good relationship with his co-workers. Mohsin was also a pleasure to deal with. He had a good knowledge of finances and of the warranties. Great sense of humour and made us feel very comfortable. Sean ensured that he met us before the negotiation and thanked us for the business afterwards. Tony also took the time to meet us and thank us for the business. Not often today, does one leave a retail business with such a great feeling of loyalty as I now have for Georgetown Kia! More
