The first thing that Chris did was show me the car engine - despite the fact that I am a woman who was there with her mother. No other dealership or dealer that we visited showed us the guts of the car or th - despite the fact that I am a woman who was there with her mother. No other dealership or dealer that we visited showed us the guts of the car or that courtesy. With Chris for the first time I didn't feel like 'a pretty girl isn't that sweet' mentality when I was being addressed. I felt like a real person with real concerns who was to be taken seriously and treated like any man buying a car. That treatment is worth it's weight in gold and almost as valuable as the beautiful Blue Kia Rio that Chris helped me find. Thanks Chris! I'll be recommending you to everyone I know! More

Dealing with Adrian and the original purchase was great at the Used vehicle location, Went down hill from there. Was sold this 'wonderful' nitro tire warranty, being told "something happens to the tire, ju at the Used vehicle location, Went down hill from there. Was sold this 'wonderful' nitro tire warranty, being told "something happens to the tire, just call and it is looked after" Not quite. Got a flat while driving on the highway, called service to see if I had roadside assistance or towing, was told no (I do). Was told to get the car towed to their location at my expense and they would look at it. I was in Milton, location is Georgetown. Found someone to change that tire (at my expense), called and was told to go to the new location and they would look after me, to be there at 5pm. I arrived and approx 10 to 5 and was told I was too early. Finally vehicle was looked at and was told the tire could not be fixed, it would have to be replaced, they did not have a tire and would call the next day and quote me prices, oh and I would have to pay up front and "hopefully" be reimbursed in 6-8 weeks, something they neglected to tell me when they were selling me on it. Was called the next day by Andrew who quoted me $140 to replace the tire, including installation, I agreed because I had no choice. Waited for about an hour for my vehicle and Andrew came to tell me it was almost done he just had to finish the claim paperwork and the company was such a nightmare to deal with, (and you are recommending this to people?) When vehicle was finally ready, i went to the counter to pay and was handed a bill for $262, when I questioned it, Andrew says "oops, guess you were given the wrong price, oh well you will get it back eventually", but he did tell me he told them to put a rush on it because I was an irate customer. I called Rob the following day and after a couple emails he finally called me back, he was apologetic and said he would look into the situation and be back to me with in a couple days, that was on September 17, I have heard nothing since. The vehicle safety on it, seems to be a 'just passed' situation, I now, just over 2 months after purchase, have to replace the wiper blades and the brakes are squealing and chattering, sent email to question the situation and of course no response. I will never deal with this location again More

Not only was the salesperson (Chris Hughes) that I was dealing with helpful and friendly but so were other salespeople. Chris applied no pressure but merely answered all my questions and informed me of th dealing with helpful and friendly but so were other salespeople. I clearly defined what I could afford to pay and Chris and Sean worked with me until we got to me number. As I told the guys at the dealership I would recommend them to anyone and I will be sending business their way. Nothing but good to say!!!!!! More

Being a new driver I could not be more excited for my first car and the buying experience that comes along with it. After making a few calls and searching for my perfect I found it at Georgetown Kia. Excited and nervous I didn't know what to expect but Cameron Ernst being polite and professional made the experience more easier. After the initial paper work was done and the financial stuff was all set up thanks to Karanvir Kochnar, I was driving my new Hyundai Tiburon home. Highly recommend this place if your on the lookout for any Kia or Hyundai that you may be looking for. This place is the definition of great customer service. More

I had a great experience purchasing a brand new 2013 kia rio 5 sx while trading in my 2007 nissan altima which i also bought from Georgetown kia. The staff there is very friendly and they all provide profe rio 5 sx while trading in my 2007 nissan altima which i also bought from Georgetown kia. Overall experience shopping at Georgetown Kia was pleasing. Everyone that worked with me in order to get the deal closed was very professional. I was a little disappointed with Ken as a Sales Man pleasing. Everyone that worked with me in order to get the deal closed was very professional. I was a little disappointed with Ken as a Sales Manager, his comments made were very condescending and left a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily his other staff members were there to take up the slack, I am glad they did or I would have gone next door to Toyota and I'd be driving a Highlander now. I would definitely return to Georgetown Kia to car shop. More

The moment we stepped in the door we were greeted by Chris, he was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He showed us exactly what we asked for and when it came down to making the deal Chris Chris, he was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
