The Service Dept promptly accepted our Equinox for diagnostics when it was overheating during a visit to Georgetown. An issue with the Thermostat, and a leak in the coolant seal was detected and fixed .. efficiently, properly. The problem has not recurred. The service staff were friendly, and prompt. Excellent service.
Purchase of Volt: The salesman, Stephen Boisclair, who assisted was thoroughly knowledgeable about the preowned EV. He answered all questions and assisted in concerns and apprehensions that I had with regard to the Volt ... our first EV.
