Great Service Department! I have had my car serviced for oil changes, detailing and recently winter tires. The drive in service option makes you feel like royalty! Joe knows me by name and always has my car ready for pick up when he said it would be. I was never told I needed any “unnecessary extras”. Not only was my car ready on time but when it was detailed it was like a brand new vehicle! Tony did an amazing job on the detailing of my car. You can see first hand that he takes pride in his work! Even while working in a pandemic this dealership is professional and follows all protocols with regard to your safety. Great job Service Team !! Kudos

"Service of Equinox and Purchase of preowned vehicle"

The Service Dept promptly accepted our Equinox for diagnostics when it was overheating during a visit to Georgetown. An issue with the Thermostat, and a leak in the coolant seal was detected and fixed .. efficiently, properly. The problem has not recurred. The service staff were friendly, and prompt. Excellent service. Purchase of Volt: The salesman, Stephen Boisclair, who assisted was thoroughly knowledgeable about the preowned EV. He answered all questions and assisted in concerns and apprehensions that I had with regard to the Volt ... our first EV. We had extenuating circumstances with a pending vacation and cashing an investment to make the purchase. He worked with us resulting in a smooth transition of purchase and pick up. Financial Services: Nancy Ironmonger provided appropriate and important information regarding additional warranty and protection. She too,cooperated and worked with us to ensure the sale and transfer of funds to your dealership occurred timely and efficiently. The entire process of “browsing to purchase”, to,pick up of the vehicle was a positive and pleasant experience.

"No service from Serve department "

On Tuesday morning of this week, I waited in line more than 10 minutes to drop off my keys for service. I was late for work and impatient to leave. My wife was also waiting outside to drive me to work in her car. So I went outside the service door and filled in the after hours drop box envelope, put in my keys, made sure, what I was doing was being clearly noticed by a service employee standing at the open garage door 10 feet from me. When I returned at 5 pm. My car had not been serviced. My keys still in the drop box. Why the GM employee had not got out my keys or told someone is a mystery to me. Why you have to wait more than 10 minutes to try to drop off keys is a mystery to me.

Rip off expensive service for my GM Volt. $600 for a plastic charge port over. Wrong part was ordered, causing an extra trip. No apology for mistake and the waste of my time.

"Excellent service every time"

We have used this dealership for service for a few years now and am continually impressed by how hard they work to keep a customer's car in good condition. They have taken exceptionally good care of us when we've had unexpected major problems and have really gone way beyond most other shops I have had experience with over the years. Our latest visit was for some major front end work. Although expensive, the job was completed quickly and seems to have completely eliminated my concerns. At over 170,000 km on the car, it was due for this kind of work, so we can't fault the car. Right now it handles like a brand new car and ready for the next 170,000 km. Their work has been excellent so far, and front end alignments pretty much bang-on. To say we are happy with them would be an understatement. They have my trust 100% as they have always been up front and honest with both my wife and myself. I do recommend this dealership to all my friends without reservation. Anita and Chris Bridge

Brought my car in for a check engine light . Joe looked after all the details, found the issue . Part was ordered and car repaired quickly,efficientley. Great new lounge area . Bill Rowse checked in ,explained the reason for part. Excellent Team Work. Joe called me the next day,just to check in and make sure car was running fine . Fantastic Service -a Team that cares - highly reccomend . Thank you
