Service on 2008 Silverado I needed servicing for the front wheel bearing and upper arm control on my 2008 Silverado. Paul dealt with me in Customer Service, and his polite, respectful demeanor towards me increased my trust and confidence in being treated honestly. He was new to learning the computer system but expressed his appreciation to me for my patience in waiting; obvious to me that he was thinking about the customer in front of him. He explained out the diagnosis, the costs, and recommendations. Great job by him as he walked me through the service. Paul, keep up the good work as you add new customers and maintain good ones. Thank you, and I look forward to dealing with you in the future, hopefully not too frequently because of truck issues :). More

Issues with my new cars tires! I was so disappointed when I was having issues with my new car and one of the tires. The service team was having a hard time diagnosing the issue and I was so disappointed when I was having issues with my new car and one of the tires. I heard about Stephen Boisclair through a mutual friend so I decided to call him and make an appointment to come in and look at a few different vehicles. When I arrived Stephen was occupied with another customer therefore I took that time to walk around the lot alone and see what they had. Not one salesman came out to bother me in the 30 minutes I was there. When dealing with Stephen he took my budget and helped me pick out a vehicle that I wanted and not one that would fill his pockets. Stephen was very pleasant and professional. His attitude shows that he truly cares about the customer and his job itself. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and also recommend Stephen to work with. More
