Steven was the best to work with. I was dealing with an insurance claim while I was out of the country for a few months. There were a few hiccups that on my end but Steven was patient I was dealing with an insurance claim while I was out of the country for a few months. On my schedule… that changed a few times, he offered to drive the car to the boarder to meet me to hand deliver the car. I cannot thank him enough for making a stressful time as seamless as possible. Buyer Beware! ! This dealership is a complete scam—they only care about taking your money. My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and whe ! This dealership is a complete scam—they only care about taking your money. My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and when I pointed it out—along with other serious issues—management ignored me. They even tried to argue the discrepancy, but their sheer incompetence was obvious. Despite clear documentation, they refused to refund unauthorized repairs, blaming their own employees for not noting my mom’s request. Instead of fixing the actual issue—a known problem covered by GM under warranty—they charged her an outrageous amount for useless work that didn’t solve anything. When I questioned it, Jeremy basically admitted their cars fall apart within 10,000 km. My mom and brother both made the mistake of buying here—I’m just glad I didn’t. This dealership is a disgrace, run by incompetent and dishonest people from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs! More
