Trade In & Purchase I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. Sh I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. She said she would get a manager to contact me. That day, I got a call from Andrew Scott, who was very personable and great to work with. Referring me to Colleen Harnack, we took the Cherokee for a test drive (a long one!) then sat with her to complete the trade in of 2015 Wrangler and purchase of 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. The best thing about this dealership is that both Drew and Colleen were very open to discussing pricing and understanding what I was looking for. We put 459,000 kms on it and now the time was right for something new. We were treated so well with our last purchase, so we returned as a loyal customer. Once again we were treated wonderfully.
