In the 20+ years with Finch at this location, I have never had to wait for minor service until recently. I got my winter maintenance done there last month, booked four months ago. I had a headlight never had to wait for minor service until recently. I got my winter maintenance done there last month, booked four months ago. I had a headlight burn out on the weekend and I was told by the customer service centre to wait until December for an appointment. My concern was then forwarded through the website to the service department. Three days later, not so much as a contact. With he previous service manager, there would have been an acknowledgement and an accommodation within this period of time. The CSR people always ask for a 9 or a 10 rating when Huyndai sends a survey and I have rated them thus becuase they deserve that rating. What would the rating be if they asked regular customers about service at this time of year. Certainly one or two appointments can be held for situations like this when one has to drive at night in the winter. More
Finch Hyundai service team is extremely professional. When you drop off your car and speak to a service rep, they are very clear and helpful in reviewing the purpose of your service visit. Bought a 2018 Tucson brand new back in March of 2018. My mechanic in town told me he’s had 6 other customers complaining of the same problem this past year, all Hyundai/genesis. No lights appeared on my dash to warn me of a problem, I’ve been with no vehicle for almost 2 months now as apparently it’s been hard to get parts. Im beyond devastated. I will never buy another Hyundai. More
I had an appointment for a recall 9:30am! 4:00 pm when I called them because I never got a phone call Jeff said never got in for repair! My name is Gord Fisher bought the car there! My vehicle has been waiting for parts for more than 15 weeks (work scheduled to be completed in two weeks) They never contacted me first. Tired of waiting, I contacted them every time Worst of all is that I'm still waiting for the parts for almost four months, plus I'm paying for the rental car. They don't help me at all and I have to pay thousands of dollars for the rental car. How did something so unfair happen to me? They haven't done anything for my convenience in that long time. Why do I have to bear this mental and economic burden? They should have contacted me regularly at least and provided me with convenience for vehicles. They can only tell me to wait. They are not willing to provide any convenience. Why do I have to hold out for four months to cover thousands of dollars for a rental car? How long do I have to wait for my car to be repaired? More

I send emails (my last two) and do not have answers. By the phone I asked them to ask the supplier how would take to get the parts and let me know, no answer again. I live far away (500km) to the body shop and can do nothing else than waiting they are in a good mood and keep me posted. More
