Craig Harwood is an awsome salesman! I am from Sarnia and called around looking for a new Caravan.. I called Sarnia, London, Waterloo and Vaughn! Craig Harwood called me back from Finch a I am from Sarnia and called around looking for a new Caravan.. I called Sarnia, London, Waterloo and Vaughn! Craig Harwood called me back from Finch as did others... and Craig met my demands easily and effectively because I bought from Finch and not the other dealers who couldn't give me a straight answer. Craig was very upfront about options and deals Finch had and made my first new van sale very easy and gets back via text very quickly even on his own time... As a small business owner myself customer satisfaction is Key to any business and I am a had sell... Craig made it very easy! He is new to Finch and very eager to please a customer and I highly recommend seeing him First at Finch Chrysler Dodge in London... and YES I have told others in Sarnia if you want more... see Finch First! 2016 Dodge Journey!! Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LTD. was a fantastic dealership to go too. I originally sent in an email requesting information about a vehicle and wit Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LTD. was a fantastic dealership to go too. I originally sent in an email requesting information about a vehicle and within minutes I received a response from Josh Parkinson. I was coming from Sarnia so I wanted to be sure what I was looking for was available. Josh answered all my questions and arranged for me to come to London and meet him, and really get down to looking for the right vehicle for me. Josh was so easy to work with and not pushy. He was laid back, joked around and made the experience a great one. I was extremely happy to leave the dealership last Saturday with the purchase of a 2016 Dodge Journey. I was even happier to pick it up this past Wednesday. Josh made the finalizing of the sale quick and easy and had me on my way within half an hour.
