Best buying experience for a vehicle ever! Was shopping for a used RAM 1500, had seen three or four I liked, one at another dealership. Walked into Finch and immediately was greeted and asked what I was looking for. Ricardo listened patiently, took notes, while this was happening, others we going over inventory and Ricardo received a message that I may be interested in a particular stock number. A few minutes later we were out test driving the vehicle. Very nice truck, I asked Ricardo how many Kilometres on the vehicle and was told 42, it was a new truck. To be honest I was a little concerned since I was looking for an affordable used vehicle. We got back to the dealership, my 2010 Ranger had been appraised, and Ricardo said that Zack the Sales Manager wanted to talk with me. Well by the time we were done, Zack had me in a brand new Ram, for less than I was looking at 2016 models. Total time spent 3 hours, including letting me drive the vehicle home so I could talk with my wife, take her for a test drive, then complete the transaction. Everyone at Finch worked as a team, from Sales to Finance to ensure I was put into the exact vehicle with options I wanted, and at a price I was very happy with! Absolute great dealership, best sales team ever! More

Great, pain free experience I was told that Blair was new to the team at Finch. He may have been a "newbie" but he was certainly very personable and professional! I pretty much knew what I wanted and the parameters I wished to work within and Blair did everything he could to, (successfully I might add) accommodate my wishes. I couldn't be happier with either the great service that Blair provided or my new Jeep Patriot!
