Starting with the convenience of the online chat function when doing initial research, to engaging in negotiations via email and phone, to financing and arranging for a quick pick up, and even to helping us link our phones with the UConnect system, the dealership and its team is set up to focus on the customer. Mike and Greg were critical to this experience - communicating through email, text, and phone to run multiple scenarios for lease vs. finance over multiple terms, etc., all done with in-depth knowledge and lots of patience. We were buying from out of town, and I know the team did a lot of upfront preparation and communication to make sure the car exchange was quick and seamless. Thank you to everyone who helped us out!
