Very professional from start to finish. Matt showed me some cars until we found the one that had me hooked. Waited a couple of days before making a decision, there was no pressure. When the day came Matt was available on my schedule. The negotiation aspect was very professional, Matt made sure all benefits were factored in to get the best pricing that was right for us. On the day of pick up Matt had all the knowledge of the vehicle to show me through its paces.
