I had the good fortune to obtain the services of one of the best Car Sales People I've ever dealt with (and I've been buying cars for almost 60 years), Barry Beckles. Barry, in my opinion, rated a 10 out of 5 (that's right, 10 out of 5), but I only gave the dealership a 4 out of 5, in the scoring for this review, because of the hard core way the Sales Manager treated us and because of a rather negative, embarrassing experience I had in the service department a few months later (a personnel issue, not a service issue). As for any/all follow-up visits to this dealership: the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Ted More

Sold lies. The agent I worked with, Adam meddaoui, had very little knowledge of the vehicle I was looking to buy. I was told it came with a 6 liter engine, and A The agent I worked with, Adam meddaoui, had very little knowledge of the vehicle I was looking to buy. I was told it came with a 6 liter engine, and ALL other upgrades. including the Bose stereo which I explained was very important to me. I was assured it had everything. Shortly after getting the keys In my hand and flipping through the owners manual I was shocked to discover that my truck was without the Bose audio upgrade. Possibly an honest mistake, but confident I would be looked after. To my surprise I was told there was nothing they could do except install some upgraded speakers for $4000. They sold me the truck with false information and did nothing to help me after the papers were signed. Not free accessories, snow tires, wiper blades, license plate cover, nothing. Thanks for your $70,000, too bad for you. Also I booked a slot to have accessories installed. Took 3.5 hours for a bug deflector and 4 mud flaps. Very difficult to book a practical time for service within a reasonable time line. Based off of this, I would not recommend them. Typical car salesman. Not impressed. More
