For most of us, a new vehicle purchase is not a decision that is made lightly. Ali checked off all the boxes for what in our mind, makes a great salesperson! When making a purchase this large we were looking for someone we could trust. It was apparent from the moment we met Ali that he wanted to meet our needs as the buyers. There was no pressure whatsoever. We wanted to work with someone who had integrity, someone who we could trust to provide us with honest answers to help us make the best decision for our needs. He respectfully asked the right questions to be able to view life from our point of view. There was no pressure to purchase options that were outside of our budget or not valuable for our needs. Ali was very knowledgeable about the Ford products, saving us time and effort and making doing business with him a true pleasure. We believe this transaction was a "partnership buy" as to be comfortable with our purchase we had a need to build a relationship with someone who could answer (our endless) questions prior to making the final decision to buy. In comparison to any other salesman I have had to deal with, John was absolutely amazing. He didn't pressure me into making a decision and was happy to deal with my ungodly amount of *what ifs* and *maybes*. The process was painless and pleasant.
