He was informative, professional and helped us through the entire process. The delivery of the car was organised through Mark from the same office , Mark did a remarkable job of getting the car ready for us on time, all the paperwork and transfer formalities were very well handled. Mark was professional and very helpful, he had an excellent follow up, he called us a day prior to the delivery date and reminded us about all the documents we need to carry with us to pick up the car. He called back in the morning on the day the vehicle was to be delivered and again reminded us about the documents that we need to carry. He had all the paper work ready for us , the car was washed and all ready for us. He took the time to go through in details all the features of the car, he was extremely helpful and provided great service, after a couple of days he called back again to find out how we were doing with our new car and if there is any thing else that he could help us with. Being in the service industry my self I was thrilled to experience such intuitive and passionate service in the auto industry. They have turned us into repeat customers We have leased two cars from this dealership over the last four years. The first time we never intended to buy an Escape but we ran into Chevon in the We have leased two cars from this dealership over the last four years. The first time we never intended to buy an Escape but we ran into Chevon in the lot and he allowed us to try the vehicle at our own pace and without smothering us so we gave it a chance. We had visited dozens of dealerships and test driven many different of cars but we ended up liking the Escape and left Erinwood a few days later with that exact car we test drove. We loved the car - by the end of the lease the only downside was the fuel economy. We had no feelings of brand or dealership loyalty by the end of the first lease so we visited a number of dealerships and test drove many cars. We began to realize that the C-Max was probably that perfect balance between what we liked in the Escape and wanting better fuel economy. This was exactly what Chevon recommended. He allowed us to try the car out several times in differing weather in what ended up being a long shopping period as we were waiting to try the new Sync 3. Our lease ended before the 2016 C-Max could arrive and Ford delivered the car a month late so Chevon set us up with a temporary car and took care to keep us updated on our new car`s fabrication. The actual purchase was totally painless and was completed in less than an hour. When it comes to the sales department I have nothing negative to say. More
