We initially started our search for a 2016 Edge( our 3rd Edge), via e-mails with Lem Weekes, due to distance issue( we are in Barrie). Each, and every e-mail was answered in a very quickly, where we were able to book an appointment with him, to pursue a deal. Walking into the trailer(showroom under construction), you could immediately feel a "no pressure, friendly, team environment" Our meeting with Lem, was laid back, professional, friendly, and NO PRESSURE. We were able to complete a deal very quickly, which we were very satisfied with, and picked up our new Edge, a few days later. He has responded to called and updated us with what is going on. Like our family he ffolloed up with all that was going on ,on the other hand what the service representative has done.
