The best purchase experience for a new vehicle I was in the market for a new vehicle and found a few vehicles on line at the Erinwood Ford Dealership. I communicated with him personally and by telephone on a number of occasions in my decision making process for a new vehicle. He was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured which was a very unique experience when it comes to purchasing a new car. I was undecided on which vehicle to purchase but he helped me very patiently throughtout the process and I came away with a new vehicle feeling very satisfied. I also met the Director of Sales and Marketing at Erinwood Ford, Nick Palalas, who was also an amazing and very personable person to speak with. Thank you both for everything! More
