Very Poor 'Service' Contacted Victor by phone regarding the purchase of a new truck. He did not seem to have very much knowledge of the vehicle or of the upcoming sale a Contacted Victor by phone regarding the purchase of a new truck. Emailed him three more times and got very slow and confusing responses, such as, Hi ! so what do you wanted to do? if I can?. He never seemed to understand and finally just stopped answering my emails. What kind of salesman does that??? More

During this wait period the incentives changed and at time of delivery Dave gave me the better deal. If I had any questions Dave would answer right away and if he didn't know he would find out. Lemuel, is our agent who is a remarkable individual with experience, knowledge, and mostly caring. He provided us with answers to our questions and gave us the details. Allowed us to decide without any pressure. John provided further assistance with the trade in and numbers we had to agree prior to signing the contract. Bory was great as well handling the financing. After all the numbers were in and made an impressive look we signed the deal. Trade in of Escape was done and we believe John gave us a fair amount. Prior to trade in we were approached by Nick Palalas who we found very rude and he actually verbally insulted my husband. He tried to give us a ridiculous deal and low dollar amount for our Escape. He used words of an unprofessional and uneducated sales person. Overall we would go back to Lemuel and John and other staff in the dealership as they need to be Acknowledged for their professional manner and expertise.
