Doug Keen Is A True Professional! Doug is different from any other sales associate I've ever dealt with for two main reasons: 1. Doug shows you the car you're going to buy, not one Doug is different from any other sales associate I've ever dealt with for two main reasons: 1. Doug shows you the car you're going to buy, not one that's similar - He listens to everything you want and only shows you things that apply. He has no personal agenda to sell you something you didn't ask for, and will amaze you when he proves how well he's listened to you. 2. Doug takes ownership - You'd think that Doug owns the dealership. He takes pride in what he does, and shows enough care toward his customers that you'd think his own well-being depended on making sure each and every one of his customers are happy. He works seemingly independently making sure that his customers don't have to know about how difficult it might be to get something done or approved from a manager or other department. Customers don't care to know that stuff, and Doug did an amazing job at shielding us from that. Doug knows we came to buy a car we wanted to love, and that's what we left with. In fact the experience was so great we went back and replaced our second vehicle a week later! We would do it all over again if we could, and would definitely send others! Let's just say that at this point if we couldn't buy another car from Doug, we'd dread having to go to anyone else! Joe in service, and Robyn & Bory in finance were just as much a pleasure to deal with! When looking to purchase this car we had looked around at other dealerships closer to home, but in the end we felt most comfortable going back to Doug. At the other dealerships we felt very pressured, receiving several emails and phone calls after we told them we wouldn't be purchasing on the spot and wanted to see our options. With Doug he waited for us to be ready to purchase, no pressure. He is not pushy and he is well informed, there was not one question that he couldn't answer for me. Very happy customers Our car search (2 weeks) took us to many dealerships looking at a variety of vehicles. Our second stop was to Erinwood Ford where we had the ple Our car search (2 weeks) took us to many dealerships looking at a variety of vehicles. Our second stop was to Erinwood Ford where we had the pleasure to meet Habib Ahmed. We spent some time with Habib explaining what we were looking for, color, and options. Habib was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We even test drove 2 cars that day. At no time did we feel pressured into buying as I had explained to Habib we wished to search out a number of different vehicles at a number of different dealereships. Habib simply said in our absence he would search out more cars that fit what we desired and should we return he would do his best to fill our needs. A week later, after many test drives and different salespeople we both agreed that a return to Habib at Erinwood was the route to go. We had decided on the Escape and when we walked into Erinwood we spoke with Habib, who immediately pulled out a list of Escapes that he had prepared for our "unplanned" return. We shrunk the list down to two and proceeded out to the back lot to check them out. We found the one we wanted and went back to Habib's office to hopefully close the deal. With a little help from Nick Palalas on our trade-in we closed and we happily were the owners of a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. Clearly Habib was "heads and tails" above all the other salespeople we experienced on our car search as was the entire Erinwood Ford Team. We will highly recommend Habib, should you be in the car/truck market. Habib was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable on the products and has a great sense of humour to boot.
