I walked in without an appointment but was told all salespeople were busy but one would get to me as soon as they were available. Mark McGuire saw me waiting with my wife and son,( who is 3 and can be quite hard to keep still) and came over to help answer some of my questions while the customers he was helping had gone on a test drive, he was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted me in deciding what model, powertrain, and finance options would be best suited for me.since he was crazy busy, I took his card and proceeded home to think about this big purchase.2 weeks later I called him to make an appointment to purchase my truck, he actually remembered me! He guided me through step by step with absolutely no pressure whatsoever in doing a special order f150.a month later when my truck came in I was very excited to take possession. It came in on a Wednesday, but he was away at a sign and drive event and would not be in to work. So the next morning I gave him a call to his cell which he had given me the number to,he did not pick up,I left a voicemail.20 mins later he called me back, Turns out it was his day off.i was amazed that he Called me back even though it was his day off.and he proceeded to spend an hour of his day off over the phone with erinwood to organize my truck for pickup on Saturday morning,( as I really loved to have it for the weekend)when I picked up on Saturday morning the truck looked just as I had hoped...PERFECT! He then spent an hour to show me all the features and help me pair my phone and contacts which was well appreciated. I was very skeptical when looking to buy a new car, always assuming the salesman would try to sell me on something I did not want or could not afford. As such, we drove our 2001 minivan until it almost died. As the end of its life was nearing, my husband and I began our search for a new car. We test drove many different ones and visited many different dealerships. Meeting Mark was a blessing. He immediately made me feel comfortable and was very detailed in his explanation of the process. He made sure we were getting the car we wanted and was very detailed throughout the process. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a car. You will be in the best of hands. More

Other than that i was really disgusted with one of the Managers attitude Victor. I bought a 30K+ vehicle and needed a good deal on it, when Victor stepped outside with disrespectful comment "Hi, this is as good as it gets, either you buy it or get out of here". It was my first visit to that dealership and if i didn't have my eyes fixed on the car they had in the lot, i would of left right away. Just beyond disgusting, that man needs to get fired before he scares away all the customers. Addy- Great kind salesman, goes above and beyond for his customers and will get you a good deal. He actually cares about you and your purchase and puts a lot of time into it. I would not deal with any other salesman :) was happy with my 2017 mustang purchase. More
