I love the way the Dealership treats it's clientele, we are able to see, drive and negotiate price without having to put down your credit card or have the Salesperson run to the Manager for every little negotiation approval... Great experience of buying my vehicle because of Addy. Let me start by saying the only reason i rated this dealership high and wrote a good review is because of amazing sales person i got - Addy. Other than that i was really disgusted with one of the Managers attitude Victor. I bought a 30K+ vehicle and needed a good deal on it, when Victor stepped outside with disrespectful comment "Hi, this is as good as it gets, either you buy it or get out of here". It was my first visit to that dealership and if i didn't have my eyes fixed on the car they had in the lot, i would of left right away. Just beyond disgusting, that man needs to get fired before he scares away all the customers. Addy- Great kind salesman, goes above and beyond for his customers and will get you a good deal. He actually cares about you and your purchase and puts a lot of time into it. I would not deal with any other salesman :) was happy with my 2017 mustang purchase. More

I've leased many cars in my 25 years of running a business . From Mazdas to Toyotas, from Hyundai to BMWERS and all the car salemen were just that. Salesmen, except for Addy. He made you feel like he was your friend. I was amazed!! He even came out on a Sunday to my home on his dime to pick up some paperwork. I was stunned. He didn't try to push me or bully me into purchasing something higher priced or with more options then I needed he understood and respected what I could afford and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I had previously been at 2 Ford Dealership lots last week. 1 that ignored me completely during my visit and the other one continued to try and push me into purchasing something that had a payment plan that would have left me strapped financially. Doug was kind, friendly, listened to me and went over every detail of the purchase with me. Doug even linked my phone to the car for me before I left and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions. Thank you Doug Keen. I will definitely be referring friends to you. More
