I took it for a test drive, then went inside and made an offer on the car - eventually I purchased it. Throughout the entire process Doug was beyond helpful and just overall pleasant to deal with and buy a car from, something I didn't feel from the other dealers I went to. Smooth, fast and excellent service Was looking for a 6th generation Mustang and Erinwood had the largest inventory of new mustangs in the GTA. Called in an inquired about a V6 and got Roxy on the phone. Roxy was polite, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me work out a great deal and I bought on a Thursday and picked up on a Monday. Probably would have been faster if licensing was open on weekends! He was always very helpful and went out of his way to facilitate the peripheral necessities such as financing info and insurance etc. He was always available by email and cell and helped me get what I needed from the dealership in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Erinwood Ford and Roxy to anyone looking for a dealership with good inventory and who is willing to work with you to get you the best deal. More
