However when I met Lem I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise and above all his warmth and sense of humour. He made me feel comfortable and took my request for information seriously and professionally which I did not experience elsewhere. Once Orlando knew I was interested in the car, we sat down to talk about the details; he told me the price, and explained the promotion that was also available at the same time, which made the decision to buy even easier. We then went to talk to Bory in Finance Dept to work out all the payment details, again a great experience with out heavy pressure to buy things I did not need or want. Orlando kept in touch with me during the few days before I picked up the car and even took the time to made special arrangements to pick up an extra car part I wanted.
