A Sales Experience Like No Other We arrived bright and early at Erinwood Ford and we're wandering the parking lot taking a look at the different vehicles, when the door opened and th We arrived bright and early at Erinwood Ford and we're wandering the parking lot taking a look at the different vehicles, when the door opened and there was a gentleman standing there, a big smile on his face. He invited us in, even though the dealership had not opened yet. He introduced himself as Mark, and even though it was early in the morning, he was in a great mood. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he ran around looking for it and produced the vehicle. He gave us the keys and told us to enjoy our ride. The car buying process went downhill from there, no fault of Marks. After getting settled in the new car, I realized I had no idea how to operate it. I went back in and asked Mark if he could show me how the car worked. He apologized immediately. We went back outside and he asked if I would like to drive and I said no you do it first. He very calmly and repeatedly explained the inns and out of the car. He then took me for a test drive. Again he explained some more of the buttons. When I felt comfortable, we then traded places and he had me drive the car. Working at a position like this, you run into all kinds of situations. Well, Mark was not prepared for the one he received that Sunday morning, but through it all he remained very Professional and took control of the situation and worked through it and still smiled all the way. Thank you Mark. A great experience. Understanding Salesperson, no pressure, step by step instructions. Even had his lunches interrupted and no complaints.
