Little did I know, right before I had dialed their number, someone from Erinwood Ford was already calling me regarding my email inquiry! I was met with a friendly rep. from Erinwood Ford and they had worked out all of the information I could not get from any other dealership. I had questions regarding different financing options, at different leasing lengths and what rate it was at. I had the granular information I was looking for that other dealerships could not provide nor the expertise of their representatives. I am extremely satisfied with my new mustang! Excellent Experience The past month we have been looking at Ford dealerships around the GTA and have not been convinced on getting a vehicle until we met Mark Maguire. The minute we walked into the dealership we were welcomed by Mark and he instantly made us feel comfortable with his personality and great charisma. Throughout the whole process we did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle, something we had experienced in other Ford dealerships. We had shopped 8 dealerships before finally finding Ford. Mark made the process easy we did not purchase the first visit but calling Mark a couple days later he still was great. I would recommend anyone going to Erinwood Ford as they in my most humble opinion are by far the best Ford dealership I have been to, especially with Mark. We would be recommending him to all our family and friends because buying a vehicle shouldn't be a rushed experience but a comfortable and friendly one. More

Mike got his 2017 mustang gt performance package in black I had on my mind for a while that I wanted to trade up my 2012 mustang v6 mca edition with performance package for a 5.0 mustang. I was real picky on I had on my mind for a while that I wanted to trade up my 2012 mustang v6 mca edition with performance package for a 5.0 mustang. I was real picky on what I wanted for a new mustang. I wanted cloth sport seats ( I hate the feal of leather) I wanted it black, it had to be a 5.0 V8, and lastly I wanted it to be with the performance package.......big must. I live in Vaughan and I checked my local Ford lots but came up short. So after a quick search online I came across Erinwood Ford and there it was. My wife Jennifer made a call and Matt Trueman answered setting us up to meet and have the mustang ready to view. Matt is an amazing salesperson and I for sure will buy from him again soon. He is not your typical sales person....... he's a car guy ( he owns a new yellow soft-top mustang 5.0 ) and layed back and extremely knowledgable of the new mustang. He made my wife Jennifer and I feel at home and he went through all of the paperwork not rushing us at all. My experience working with Matt was simply amazing. He made the process fun and not stressful at all. Also, I would like to also say a big thank you to Robyn Barrett in the Finance dept. Once again, Robyn made the process so quick and painless and she is such a people person. My experience really didn't feel like I was buying a car at a dealership, it felt more like being treated like good friends while buying a new car if that makes any sense.
