I was told by one Advisor that I would need to make an appt. to have a diagnostic done to see what the problem was. I had mentioned that I had purchased a new battery and that wasn't it. It was just then that Chris, an Advisor over suggested that before I spent that kind of money, perhaps he would be able to sort out the problem. It turned out he could and I was so happy and grateful as the alarms had been going off; I could not lock the car with the button inside and it was unsettling. He just made my day! It is because of his quick service and solution, unsolicited (certainly a solution unknown to me) I will return to Erinwood Ford to purchase a new key and fob and will consider in the future purchasing my next Ford.
