John Brimo sold me my first F150 back then and now Martin has become my go to guy. Martin has been a great addition to the sales staff at Erinwood Ford and I have become a personal friend of both Martin and John. Carol and Bory are so easy to deal with and they always make you feel appreciated as a customer. I have and will continue to send family and friends to Erinwood Ford as I know Martin and the rest of the staff will take care of them. His personable and trusting nature made it a pleasure to conduct business at the dealership. He took great care explaining each step of the buying process and hands-on instruction of various auto components. Likewise, during the financing arrangements, Bory Chak, Financial Services Manager, also performed in a very admirable fashion. He took great care explaining various financing options and added protection plans. The simple-to-understand yet comprehensive financing documentation presented by Bory added to the experience. During my visit, I was introduced to Nick Palalas, Director of Used Car Sales. Again, I was met with courtesy and professionalism. My new car experience I just recently picked up my brand new Ford Escape. This was my first brand new car and at age 59 I thought this would be a little stressful. However I just recently picked up my brand new Ford Escape. This was my first brand new car and at age 59 I thought this would be a little stressful. However the sales associate Doug Keen made this experience a pleasant one. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with me answering all my questions and showing me how to operate all the systems.
