We did not feel any pressure to buy, Kyle immediately presented us with printed options for the purchase of the Escape, which pleased my husband. Kyle was very knowledgeable & helped me choose the car that is perfect for me. I love the Ford Escape. I have driven Toyota Venzas for years & now wanted smaller & higher, the Escape is perfect. Kyle came to our home to programme our garage doors & phones into the car, he patiently reviewed all the screen features with me. Wash the cap before installing? I bought a used truck from Erinwood Ford in June. The truck had a CTC cap on but needed a light replaced to pass the safety. The cover was removed an I bought a used truck from Erinwood Ford in June. The truck had a CTC cap on but needed a light replaced to pass the safety. The cover was removed and I took the truck home in June. Today I brought my truck back to have the cap installed. It took about two and a half hours to install and when I asked about having the cap washed as it had been stored somewhere in the shop for three months, I was told that was not his job and to contact my salesman. Not my idea of good customer service. More
