I found a car on auto trader that I couldn't stop thinking about but really didn't think I would be able to purchase based on personal reasons. Jerry and Stewart made it happen!! They were kind and understanding and worked diligently to make sure that I got the car that I wanted with a VERY decent financing rate. They were available to answer all of my questions and concerns. Never waited for a call back I am now the proud owner of a Mazda Speed that I never though I would have. These guys are pro's with heart! More

Shameless Scammers I'm sure everyone shopping for a vehicle has seen one in an ad that caught their eye, only to be told when they inquire that it "just sold" (although I'm sure everyone shopping for a vehicle has seen one in an ad that caught their eye, only to be told when they inquire that it "just sold" (although the ad remains for days after). I've come to accept that it's just part of the game. Erinwood Ford takes that game to whole new level. After initially being told that the truck I was inquiring about had just sold, I quickly received a call saying it was in fact still available. Although I didn't really have time, I was afraid of missing out and made the 45 minute drive to look at it. After driving it, sat with the sales person to discuss purchasing. He gave me the total price and when I asked about down payment, financing, etc., he entered some numbers in his computer and excused himself. Upon returning, he gave me print outs of the deal summary and listing. The numbers seemed high, but as I was in a rush, I took the papers with me to go over later. When I did look closer, I realised the price on the summary was $6000 more than the listing. I called the sales person who said they would look into it. 24 hours later he called back saying the price on the listing was wrong and has been removed from their website and he would call me back with a great offer. 4 days later the listing was back on their site at the lower (supposedly wrong) price. 10 days later still no call from Victor. To waste peoples time with questionable practises is shameful. More
