They met me on my price range, (not much haggling, lol), upgraded my Escape to top of the line and I cannot be more pleased with my brand new 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. Chevon spent almost one hour with me explaining all the new upgrades, gadgets and how things worked, Thank you Chevon. I felt spoiled, everyone is there to try and meet you with your price range, vehicle choice, explaining things; financially, warranty wise, I did not feel let down. Nick is such a sweet man, always trying to make a deal work for you, the customer. Adam Thank you for no pressure to purchase after-market equipment, I appreciated that. Wash the cap before installing? I bought a used truck from Erinwood Ford in June. The truck had a CTC cap on but needed a light replaced to pass the safety. The cover was removed and I took the truck home in June. Today I brought my truck back to have the cap installed. It took about two and a half hours to install and when I asked about having the cap washed as it had been stored somewhere in the shop for three months, I was told that was not his job and to contact my salesman. Not my idea of good customer service. More
