Ford Focus -- 2017 Hatchback We went to Erinwood Ford to look at a specific vehicle after viewing the inventory on their website. This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 y We went to Erinwood Ford to look at a specific vehicle after viewing the inventory on their website. This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 years, as we wanted to trade in our 2006 Taurus, and we were impressed with the professional and courteous service we received from all employees. There was no sense of pressure; the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Lem Weekes, our original sales rep, let us take our time looking over the Focus and giving us a chance to test drive it; he was also able to get us a great deal on our trade-in, which included a complete set of winter tires. Adam Pellegrin discussed all of our warranty options with us, and exactly how much each would cost. When we picked up our Focus the following week, Victor Chacon took care of us right away and quickly made sure everything was ready to go, including gas and winter tire installation and all the paperwork. Carol Buckwald completed all of the administrative paperwork with us and made sure we would be ready to inform our own dealer's service department about our maintenance warranty. Overall, a super experience at a super Ford dealership!! More

But my husband John was in contact with several other dealers getting information on the F150. He was convinced that Erinwood was the dealer to purchase our F150 from. When we arrived at the dealership the front desk staff acknowledged us immediately and took us to meet our salesman Lucas Dulny. Lucas was an amazing person to deal with. He answered all our questions with expertise and professionalism. He also has AMAZING customer service. Carol in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with our financing of the vehicle. She again has AMAZING customer service and was very professional. Living in the Ottawa Valley it took a while to arrive to Toronto. Joseph had everything ready for us, he even picked us up at the Go Train terminal at Clarkson and drove us to the Erinwood Dealer. Car was beautiful very clean certified and new oil change before I picked it up. He made sure I emailed him to verify our safe arrival home.
