Stressful Experience to Reassurance. My wife and I had visited Erinwood Ford looking for a sales person ( Clayton ) who we had dealt with a year ago when we were looking to buy and was pl My wife and I had visited Erinwood Ford looking for a sales person ( Clayton ) who we had dealt with a year ago when we were looking to buy and was pleased to find her but she had stepped away from sales and moved into another area. She introduced us to Victor Chacon and what a pleasure he was to deal with. Very friendly, listened to what we were looking for, showed us a couple of vehicles to take out to test drive. No pressure, just a smile and take your time attitude. We came back, thanked him and left for the day. We came back a 2nd time, a week later, he greeted us again with a big smile, a handshake and asked us how we were doing. We spoke again, threw some numbers around, thanked him again and left for the day. Back for the 3rd time!!..hahahaha, same deal, big smile, handshake, and took another vehicle out. Victor had earned my trust and we felt comfortable speaking to him regarding our budget etc. To make a long story short because I could go on for while yet, the staff there made us feel at home, Robyn Barett explained extended warranty and how it would pay for itself with all the technology in the new vehicles these days and showed us figures to back it up. Naturally we ended up spending a little bit more that bargained for but a peace of mind knowing that we'll be covered bumper to bumper for 7 years/100k. A new experience for this 63 year old fart...lol... but very appreciative for Victor & Robyn at Erinwood Ford who went above and beyond, listened, understood, and made the whole experience a tad bit less stressful. No words can describe how happy i am !!!!!! I went to 2 dealerships before seeing victor. The first one the sales man never even said hello!! The second one basically gave me the run around and I went to 2 dealerships before seeing victor. The first one the sales man never even said hello!! The second one basically gave me the run around and said he was to busy for me . As well told me that he couldnt get the car i was looking for and to call him in july and basically lied to me . So i tried erinwood ,Now victor phoned me and within 20mins found the car i wanted and more !!!!! Understand something i dont trust anyone but victor earned my trust within minutes of talking to him!!! He went beyond my expectations!!!! I know this may sound like iam not for real but i am . Don't trust this dealer! Horrible service Just a heads up for anyone getting their car serviced here be very careful. If your car is under warranty they will do everything in their power to av Just a heads up for anyone getting their car serviced here be very careful. If your car is under warranty they will do everything in their power to avoid fixing your car and taking care of the customer. My car had an issue with engine hesitation under full throttle and instead of choosing to diagnose the issue they chose to blame my ford performance exhaust! took the car to a trusty mechanic and he solved the issue within 10 minutes! the car had 2 foul spark plugs which i paid out of my pocket to fix! They couldn't even compensate me for the lack of service. What a joke of a dealership I pay $130 for an oil change and they can't even inspect the car competently! the seals on the transmission axles are both leaking and my mechanic was able to see this very quickly when removing the plastic cover from underneath I will be taking this issue to another ford dealer since this one is so shady and non-trustworthy. Long story short do not trust this dealership and get a second opinion especially when your car is under warranty. More
