I’ve been to another Ford dealership, which is even closer to my house, but they were not helpful and they seemed that they don’t want to sell their inventory. Used Car Purchase Experience Went to Erinwood Ford (USED CARS) to inquire about an online ad I had seen for a 2017 Ford Mustang coupe. Didn’t book an appointment, just walked in. Went to Erinwood Ford (USED CARS) to inquire about an online ad I had seen for a 2017 Ford Mustang coupe. Didn’t book an appointment, just walked in. I was immediately greeted by Habib upon walking into the showroom. Even though I was there to look at a specific car, Habib took his time to ask me various questions in order to identify whether or not said vehicle would be suitable for me. While discussing the possibility of purchasing the car, Habib coordinated with Chris to provide me the exact details of the vehicle and information I would need to know after purchase. While inspecting the car, both Habib and Chris thoroughly explained the specifics of the car. There were no loose ends to tie up. Financing was a breeze! In addition, after purchasing the vehicle, I contacted Habib to inquire about a minor concern (which at that time was slightly bothersome). Habib immediately began investigation on his end and I received a call back from Chris in under an hour with a clear explanation. Both men were fantastic! Carol and Robyn are pleasant to talk with and were able to secure a deal with Ford Credit for the financing. I really like the full disclosure style of the dealership website and the sales team. The ease of the website in providing all the details on the vehicles made the comparisons and decision on the vehicle I purchased much more efficient.
