Addy worked to get us a good deal on a 2018 Ford Escape, and was on top of the entire transaction from beginning to end to resolve any issue and making sure we were able to get the vehicle despite a tight timeframe. He took the time to go through the features and details of the vehicle with us, and even after we had the vehicle, Addy followed up to make sure there were no concerns on our end. We will definitely recommend Addy to anyone who would want a good customer experience at a Ford dealership. More
