Best Sales Person I had met Kyle about 2-3 months ago, at that time i was just looking around. I am an import guy, and was not interested in Ford or GM or Dodge. I was more interested in Toyota or Honda. But after meeting Kyle at Erin wood Ford, he convienced me to buy Explorer, i felt no pressure, Kyle showed me all the features in the Explorer and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.
