Great Experience I live in Ottawa. We found a used Ford Ranger truck for my 16 year old, but were dreading going down to Mississauga to purchase as usually there is a I live in Ottawa. We found a used Ford Ranger truck for my 16 year old, but were dreading going down to Mississauga to purchase as usually there is always a glitch. That said, called and spoke to Joseph, asked him to give me his best price on the vehicle. He called us back within 10 minutes, quoted the price, took a deposit on a credit card and my father in law went to pick up the truck the next day. Joseph facilitated the trip to the Ministry to register the vehicle, no hassle, no issues, no glitches. He even phoned the next day to see if the vehicle had arrived in Ottawa safely. I was so impressed that I asked him to look for an SUV for me in the coming months. If all goes well, my spouse will also call him up as he is looking for a vehicle as well. Thanks Joseph for making this such a positive experience. Look forward to doing business with you again!! More

Great service! We planned to test drive a used van. When we arrived, the van was already pulled out for us, running and warmed up (nice on a cold day) - nice touch! None of the three other used car dealerships did this for us. The van was super clean, Joe was knowledgeable, able to answer any of our questions, documented a few minor repairs we wanted and was very accommodating with delivery. He put us in contact with the garage responsible for the certification so we could purchase snow tires which we wanted installed. The paperwork was clear and straightforward, we understood exactly what was needed to purchase the vehicle. Upon pick up, everything was ready - Joe reviewed with us the minor repairs we requested, and we signed the paperwork. Shout out to Mike Diamond for overseeing the repair on the passenger door release handle! More

The Salespersons are kind and helpful, especially Adam Alkhuja, Adam treated the customer with respect, offer the customer the freedom to look around the dealership car lot and inside the specific car that the customer would like to see and trustfully let the customer to test drive the car and bring the car to the customer own mechanic. In term of the car price negotiation with the Manager, Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre can’t give much room to negotiate in order to make a win win final negotiated price for both the customer and the dealership. Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre took care of the processing of car registration very well and did good on the safety check of the car and also clean the car nicely before releasing it to the buyer. All in all, it is a good car purchasing experience with Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre. More

He made sure that we got the best deal but also ensured that we were introduced to all the departments to ensure that we knew the other erinwood family members for service. Mark went above and beyond in making sure we were extremely satisfied with the deal and when a problem was identified our fault not theirs he worked diligently to help us rectify. He provided guidance and and support in learning the new features of the car and as in the past offered to assist us with any questions that may arise with the new vehicle. Robyn provided excellent advice and was extremely helpful in ensuring the business part of the deal gave us the best bang for the buck. The service guys made sure the little adding that we requested were completed quickly and professionally.
