The minute I met him I knew, I made the right decision about visiting Ford. You would have thought that we were family and not the friend of a family member. The red carpet was literally rolled out. I laid out what specs I am looking for in a car and right away he held my hand through the process and not only that, he gave me options. This was all new to me. I was just coming out a bad relationship with a dealership across the road and here I found a representative who LISTENED my needs and Heard me.
