After negotiations with the sales manager, we finalized the deal. On pickup there was a service 'hiccup' but, thanks to Joe, all was resolved. Within hours of contacting Joe directly I was reimbursed for my expenditure. Joe had the car in immaculate condition it and after driving it for over three weeks it is everything he said it would be. He represented the car completely honestly, confirmed by a Mazda technician. Joe is a great guy to deal with and will do his utmost to try to get you the deal you want.
