Rather than going away to "check with my manager", he brought the sales director over to me we all negotiated a fair price. Mary took time to explain the different financing and warranty models and really helped me to understand the pro/con of each options. I asked if I could pick up the car a day earlier the next week, and was just going to get keys from reception. But both stepped up to make themselves available, well after their shifts. Thank you. Dave and the team spent hours during the sale and delivery to make sure that I understand the whole process and in introducing me to the awesome features the car has. Dave made sure that the price I got through Carcost Canada was matched and then some! All the extras that I wanted to protect my car were provided through Dave and Raj at Erinwood Ford so that when I took delivery of the car it was 100% ready. After the delivery, the team was very accommodating for the few tweaks the car needed after a few hundred kms! After negotiations with the sales manager, we finalized the deal. On pickup there was a service 'hiccup' but, thanks to Joe, all was resolved. Within hours of contacting Joe directly I was reimbursed for my expenditure. Joe had the car in immaculate condition it and after driving it for over three weeks it is everything he said it would be. He represented the car completely honestly, confirmed by a Mazda technician. Joe is a great guy to deal with and will do his utmost to try to get you the deal you want. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with the purchase. More
